Shipping Policy

We can deliver anywhere in the UK, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands. All cupcakes by Post are sent by Royal Mail First Class, which in our experience 99% of the time arrives the following day (excluding Sundays). A minimum of 48 hours are required as all orders are freshly baked and prepared.

Return Policy

All cakes leave us in perfect condition in specially designed packaging to keep them safe during transit. In the unlikely and unfortunate event that your order is received damaged, please take a photograph and let us know within 24 hours to enable us to investigate. We will discuss whether refund or replacement is appropriate. Refunds and Returns Should you place an order and later wish to cancel it, as long as baking has not begun or handmade decorations made, we will be happy to offer you a full refund, or a credit for a future order.
